Returns & Exchanges

For a return or exchange, please print out the cancellation form and include the completed form with your return shipment. Please note that we only accept items returned in their original packaging and unused, showing no signs of wear.

The return shipping costs and the expenses for a new shipment in the amount of €4.99 in case of an exchange are to be borne by you. You will receive our bank details for transfer upon request to info@t-nerds.de.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your money or send you a new item, provided there is nothing for us to object to and the re-shipment has been paid for. The refund will always be made via the same method we received payment from you. If you paid for the order by bank transfer, please include your bank details (account holder's name and IBAN) with the return or send them to us by email at info@t-nerds.de.
